The Lancet Neurology Autoimmune Disorder Conference

Graham Collingridge, Centre for Synaptic Plasticity, University of Bristol, UK

Graham CollingridgeGraham Collingridge is the Professor of Neuroscience in Anatomy in the School of Physiology & Pharmacology at the University of Bristol, UK. From 1999, until 2012, he was also the Director of the MRC Centre for Synaptic Plasticity. In 2001, he was elected a fellow of The Royal Society. His research interests are in the molecular mechanisms of synaptic plasticity. He is particularly interested in how NMDA receptors and their downstream effectors are involved in the mechanisms of long-term potentiation and long-term depression in the hippocampus and other regions of the mammalian brain in health and disease.
